A retired U.S. Army Colonel, Rudy Burwell is a visionary leader and entrepreneur who began his civilian career in communications and consulting work. However, he quickly identified new opportunities in the technology, manufacturing and distribution sectors, and chose to pursue his longstanding interest in business. Encompass Supply was born in 2013, after he discovered the need for a reliable, professional and technology-driven supply business that could serve as a valuable partner with contractors.
With nearly 40 years in distribution, specifically electrical construction supplies, Sean Brooks has performed various roles. Beginning his career at an entry level warehouse position, his experiences have included sales, operations, procurement, branch management, and corporate executive management. In serving the industrial, government, and commercial construction markets he brings a broad level of experience to the team. Partnering with Encompass in 2020, he saw an opportunity where he could enhance the company’s focus on person to person relationships, prompt customer service, and innovative utilization of technology, all with the principles and culture he values.
